My Heart Is Thumping
My heart is thumping
I can feel it in my throat
My headache is getting worse
My stomach feels completely empty
Though I have just eaten
My heart is thumping
Breathing is getting harder
I’m starting to feel a little bit sick
As I walk towards my bed
My heart is thumping
I feel the need to cry
Though I am not sad
Tears flow into my eyes
Though I am not sad
My heart is thumping
I start crying
Inhaling as much air as I can
The tears run down my face
Though I am not sad
My heart is thumping
It feels like my longs are closed
I can barely breathe
The crying blocks me from control
I cannot calm down
